A community building with high daytime electricity usage wanted to cut down on rising bills while reducing carbon emissions. The aim was to implement a cost‑effective solar PV solution that could deliver strong annual savings, fast payback, and long‑term environmental benefits.

Following an on‑site assessment, Save Energy UK designed a solar PV system sized to offset the majority of the centre’s energy consumption. With a south‑west roof pitch at 38°, the array was positioned to maximise generation during core usage hours.
The design balanced strong output with affordability, providing an optimal return on investment while keeping installation simple and unobtrusive.
